This policy covers how the Thames Ditton and Weston Green Residents' Association ("the Association") treats personal information that the Association collects and receives. Concerning cookies and your use of this site

Also in the forum, your Internet Protocol address, which is the identifier that enables a web page to be served to your computer on request, will be recorded. This is to help counter potential abuse of the Forum facilities

Information that you volunteer to the Thames Ditton and Weston Green Residents' Association is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR), the principles of which are that personal information should be:

Confidentiality
Data will be made available only to authorised personnel within the Association who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information and will not be given to other parties except as may be required by law.
