We urge all local residents who have been affected by the loss of Boots Chemists in the high street to complete this Surrey HealthWatch survey.  Please don’t be put off by the first question (which asks, in the present tense, which local chemist you usually use).  Even if you now use another pharmacy and don’t feel comfortable referring to Boots in Thames Ditton, there is the opportunity later on in the survey to refer to Thames Ditton with questions such as: 

Have you experienced a pharmacy that you use closing?
Name and location of that pharmacy
What impact has this had on you
If you had a concern do you know who to raise it with?
It also goes on to ask questions about GP services which you may also have views on!
