Thames Ditton Station is one of the top three winners in South Western Railway’s recent photo competition showing biodiversity at their places of work in SWR. The photo was taken by Scott Cooper, Station Manager for Thames Ditton, Surbiton and Hampton Wick.

Scott works closely with Thames Ditton in Bloom organiser, Tricia Bland, for all the planting each year that takes place on the Thames Ditton station platforms.

The TDiBloomers constructed the 'bug hotels' that feature in Scott's photo - seen from the approach to platform 1.
