Title: Td road closures - half marathon

Some road closures this morning for the half marathon. Weston green road for sure and maybe some others in case you were about to drive down that way
I think Weston green road will be shut from the bridge to esher college from 8:30 to about 12

Shame it's not as nice as yesterday for the runners!

seems a cock up by the organisers, the course was 0.4 miles short! I wouldnt be happy if I'd run it.

No way!

And I got a message from a mate (I didn;t know he was running it but spotted him !) and he was really proud that he did in just under 2hours!

Did you work that out from the route map or is it a news item? If so can you post up the link as I'd like to share with him!

they posted it on their facebook page as a kind of jokey "oops we messed up, will be better in 2015"

a lot of very unhappy runners.

I can imagine - thats really poor...

In my search to see if there was a news article on this one I stumbled on this:
