Graffitti outbreak by the station

I'm told that mindless vandals upended the planted wheelbarrows on the station platform on to the railway tracks. Is that the case? If so, shame on them.

Disappointed to see yesterday there's been a grafitti outbreak by the station, several road name signs sprayed and spray under the railway bridge, I've reported it to the council to get cleaned up, it's a shame to see this anti social behaviour in Thames Ditton.
