I'm sorry Ruth and Piccolo for you having to keep trying this. I had the file size limit set to the default which was much too small at 120Kb. I've increased this to a more suitable 3Mb now and attached the file into the original post. It won't hurt to try and upload the files into your own posts again to make sure you know that it works.

I've attached the file on the Co-Op development that Cllr Bruce forwarded to me.
Regards,
P.
PS. Tried a couple of times but can't seem to get the file attachment to work.

If you save the document in PDF format or save it as a graphic file (if appropriate) then you should be able to attach. I've restricted documents such as Microsoft Office due to the increase in viruses.
Note: when you hover over the Insert button (before you click on it) it'll show you the file types that can be uploaded.
Regards,
Mark
