Application 2015/2004 outlines a proposal for two semi-detached houses in the area of woodland at the north of the Colets playing field, with access behind maisonettes at 74-128 Speer Road.

This crude and undeveloped proposal represents a considerable threat to the future of this valued local green space, negative affect upon neighbouring properties and integrity of the green infrastructure.
