Approval was given on 14/4 under application number 2015/1086.
As English Heritage did not wish to list the building then its historical significance did not count for anything, apparently.(My understanding of the officers report)

The Elmbridge Borough Council Planning Officer should tell you if Shanly Homes has permission to demolish Sir Sydney Camm's house - 29 Embercourt Road.
