This is a strange looking building with new bits added-on. I presume the village has received a decent infrastructure payment from these developers to sort out issues such as

- commuter parking or car park
- community ferry to north side of the river or hampton court/kingston/richmond

How sad to see the steelworks going up along the High street, ruining the skyline, blocking out the sky and covering up the lovely arched windows.
