Waste food bins not being collected

Waste food bins not being collected was created by midibob
Since being taken over by the new company, our first week the waste bins weren't picked up until Thursday whereas they should be picked up on Tuesday. This week we are still waiting (Friday). Calls to the council receive the glib reply they should be picked up before Saturday!! Why not Tuesday?

This is on the Davis Estate so I'm wondering if anyone else is affected?
