Road repairs 2015/16 was created by tdres

I see that Surrey County Council have now published their list of planned road repairs for Elmbridge.
Yet again there is no mention of the stretch of High Street from Summer Road up to the roundabout at the end of St Leonards Road. I have spoken to someone at SCC who is going to look into it but couldn't tell me why it wasn't on the list.
