We managed to get a few moments with Tannia before she headed off for some much needed sleep to hear her reaction to the great news.

"I was delighted to learn that, once again, Weston Green achieved the highest voting turnout for the whole of Elmbridge – 77.5%. This is a Ward that is active, responsible, and cares about the community.

I was overwhelmed when the number of votes was announced – what a total! I would like to thank every single person who put their cross in the Residents' Association box. I am extremely grateful for their support and trust.  I will continue to serve local residents to the best of my ability, and endeavour to do what is right for this community."
