The Thames Ditton Men in Sheds group (TDMiS) now has a new shed - in the grounds of St Nicholas Church. But it needs substantial refurbishment, requiring much fundraising.
In its 10 years of operating next to the former Thames Ditton Community Centre, TDMiS has been an organisation of real value, both to its members and for the products they have made - seen in many places around Thames Ditton.
Now, after a 1½-year gap in its operation they hope to be back in business soon in a 'new' shed adjacent to St Nicholas church hall. But to reach that point they need to raise funds to refurbish the shed and make it suitable for their purpose.
TDMiS is supported by the Thames Ditton Foundation who have set up a fundraising page on the Just Giving website. The target for the MiS refurbishment is £5,000. Any donation you can make towards this will be very much appreciated and will help to get them re-established as soon as possible. To donate, go to:
