Congratulations to both our Association candidates, Caroline James (Thames Ditton ward) and Nigel Haig-Brown (Hinchley Wood & Weston Green ward), who won with substantial majorities.

   Hinchley Wood & Weston Green Residents' Associations:   1762    (70.3%)  

   Conservative Party:                                                                 437     (17.5%)  

   Liberal Democrats:                                                                  236     (9.4%)  

   Labour Party:                                                                             71     (2.8%)  

Elsewhere in Elmbridge, the Residents' Group - Liberal Democrat coalition lost four seats, and gained one, so the net three-seat loss means that Elmbridge Borough Council is now under no overall control.
